We want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all footwear and apparel. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place your unworn Rykä gear in the original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
